  • FUCK...finals week

    Yesterday 1000 cals, today like 1800

    On the plus side, my party life has just improved. Next semester has freaking good weekends in store lol.

    I leave for Christmas break this Friday, and won't get back till Monday Jan. 5. None of the parties back home can compare to the ones here. Next one...January 9. That gives me a whole month to lose as much weight as possible!! CW: 129. I want to lose at least 10 pounds by then.

  • I HATE the day after getting drunk!!! I just had a HUGE binge...granola, cookie dough, chocolate chips. I think from now on I'll just plan not to eat at all on the weekend/day after getting drunk. It's just SO EASY to lose control on a hangover.

    Plan: 8,000 calories every 8 days, and that includes calories from alcohol.

    I am going to bed. I'll finish my stupid job app (christmas break) and paper tomorrow. I have 8 AM class but fuck it, I am going to sleep...I'll get up at 6...go to gym after 9 AM class and THEN do the job app and paper, then study for finals.

    NO. MORE. FOOD.

    WEEKEND...

    My redline fat incinerator energy drinks are finally here!!!!!

    So basically there's no way around the fact that I am fucking going to drink on the weekend, and want to eat fucking everything the next day.

    I had...a little bit of a cosmo, 1 other drink (I forget), 6 or 7 bud lites

    Today I had 1950 cals ...2 cans of redline (and you're only supposed to half 1/2 of one a day when you start drinking them. but, I figure my caffiene tolerance is greater than most people's.)

    As of yesterday I was 129 but after all that booze and a whole day of binging, I feel huge as hell...

    I am still kind of hung over, and I have a stupid paper due tomorrow.

    I think my compromise is going to be: I can drink Friday/Saturday night, eat like a pig on Sunday, as long as I keep my calorie total under 2000 and I restrict/work out the rest of the week. And, try to keep booze calories at no more than 1000.

    My goal is still 125 by the start of Christmas break (Dec. 13)...idk if I'll make it after this shit but may as well set my sights high.

    119 by January 5!!!!
